Ashborn Partners LLC operates as a home energy and home water marketplace, marketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and referral service.

Ashborn Partners may work with independent third party companies that provide products or services such as solar energy systems, battery storage, HVAC, heating and cooling, energy efficiency improvements, financing, water testing, water filtration, water treatment, water conditioning, water softening, related water services, and other residential home services.

Our Relationship With Participating Providers

Participating providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, subsidiaries, or representatives of Ashborn Partners unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Ashborn Partners does not control the day to day operations of participating providers.

Participating providers are responsible for their own:

Any agreement you enter into for products or services is generally between you and the participating provider unless Ashborn Partners is expressly identified as a contracting party.

Enevive, LLC and Free Home Water Tests

Free home water tests requested through the Ashborn Partners Home Water Analyzer are performed by Enevive, LLC, an independent participating service provider. The test is performed through a laboratory at Enevive.

Ashborn Partners LLC receives your initial request and schedules your appointment. Ashborn does not receive your laboratory results, treatment recommendations, or later water test results from Enevive.

Ashborn Partners LLC is not Enevive, does not own or control Enevive, and does not operate Enevive's laboratory. Ashborn does not guarantee Enevive's tests, products, or services. Ashborn is not a governmental agency or a public water system and is not affiliated with your water utility.

Ashborn does not represent that Enevive's laboratory is certified, accredited, independent, or approved or endorsed by any governmental agency. Enevive is responsible for its own testing representations, recommendations, products, pricing, contracts, installations, warranties, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

Enevive may discuss water filtration, treatment, conditioning, softening, or related water services with you after your test. Any purchase agreement is between you and Enevive unless Ashborn Partners LLC is expressly identified as a contracting party. Compensation

Ashborn Partners may receive compensation from participating providers.

Compensation may be based on activities such as:

The amount and structure of compensation may vary depending on the provider, product, service, market, or agreement.

This includes water services. Ashborn may receive compensation from Enevive, LLC in connection with appointments, referrals, sales, installations, or other business activities agreed between Ashborn and Enevive.

This compensation may influence which participating providers are available through the Ashborn Partners marketplace.

Ashborn Partners does not represent that its network includes every provider, product, financing option, or service available in your area.

Sharing Your Information

When you request information or a home energy review, Ashborn Partners may share the information you provide with participating third party service providers that may be able to assist with the products or services you requested.

These providers may contact you directly where permitted by your consent and applicable law.

For California consumers, Ashborn Partners' current operating model is to generate, qualify, and manage customer opportunities through Ashborn Partners and its representatives rather than sell raw California consumer leads to unrelated companies for those companies' independent marketing purposes.

Ashborn Partners may receive compensation in connection with customer acquisition, sales, products, services, installations, referrals, completed transactions, or other business relationships.

Ashborn Partners may provide appropriate consumer information to approved installation companies, financing providers, service providers, contractors, fulfillment companies, and other participating providers when reasonably necessary to evaluate, process, finance, fulfill, install, support, or provide products or services requested by the consumer.

Ashborn Partners is not necessarily the licensed installer, lender, utility company, or manufacturer for any product or service discussed. Those roles may be performed by an independent participating provider.

Advisor Recommendations

Ashborn Partners Advisors may discuss products and services offered by participating providers within the Ashborn network.

Recommendations are based on information available to Ashborn Partners, information you provide, provider availability, geographic service areas, and other qualification factors.

Ashborn Partners does not represent that any recommendation is an exhaustive comparison of every provider or product available in the marketplace.

You are encouraged to review your options and determine which provider, product, service, or financing arrangement is appropriate for you.

No Guarantee of Provider Performance

Ashborn Partners does not guarantee the performance, financial condition, licensing status, pricing, workmanship, products, equipment, representations, warranties, or services of an independent participating provider.

You should carefully review all contracts, proposals, financing documents, warranties, and disclosures provided by a participating provider before entering into an agreement.

No Guarantee of Savings or Eligibility

Ashborn Partners does not guarantee:

Any projections, estimates, or potential savings discussed through Ashborn Partners should be considered informational unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement by the party responsible for that guarantee.

No Obligation to Purchase

Requesting information, submitting a form, completing an Ashborn Partners home energy review, or requesting or receiving a free home water test does not obligate you to purchase any product or service.

You are free to decline any recommendation, proposal, product, provider, or service presented to you.
