Text Messages
You may also opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP to a marketing text from Ashborn Partners.
Phone Calls
You may tell an Ashborn Partners representative that you do not want to receive additional marketing calls.
Emails
Marketing emails may also include an unsubscribe option that can be used to stop future marketing emails.
Home Water Test Communications
If you requested a free home water test, both Ashborn Partners LLC and Enevive, LLC may contact you about scheduling and following up on your test. To stop Ashborn communications, use any method on this page. Enevive uses its own communication systems: you may reply STOP to an Enevive text message, tell an Enevive representative you do not want more calls, or contact Enevive directly. Ashborn will also forward water related opt out requests it receives to Enevive where reasonably possible.
Other Opt Out Requests
Ashborn Partners will honor valid and reasonable communication opt out requests received through other legally recognized methods where required by applicable law.
Important Information
Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent Ashborn Partners from contacting you regarding an active transaction, requested appointment, service request, customer account, installation, financing process, customer support matter, legally required communication, or another non marketing communication where permitted by law.

A communication opt out is different from a request regarding personal information.
