Frequently asked questions.
Ashborn Partners helps homeowners find trusted solutions such as solar, battery storage, HVAC, and home energy efficiency. We help identify potential options for your home and connect you with participating providers that service your area.
Start by answering a few quick questions about your home and energy usage. We then schedule a 20 to 25 minute call with an Advisor who will review your situation, explain available options, and help you determine what may make the most sense for your home.
No. Your home energy review is designed to help you understand your options. There is no obligation to purchase a product or service simply because you complete a review or speak with an Advisor.
There is no charge to request an initial Ashborn home energy review.
No. Solar is only one possible solution. Depending on your home, location, energy usage, and goals, options may include solar, battery storage, HVAC upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, or a combination of services.
Your Advisor will review information about your home, current energy costs, and what you are looking to improve. The advisor can then walk you through available options and help you decide which solutions you may want to explore further.
That is exactly why Ashborn looks at more than one energy solution. If solar is not a good fit, there may still be opportunities involving battery storage, HVAC, or other home efficiency improvements.
You may still have additional options. Homeowners with solar may benefit from battery storage, HVAC upgrades, or other energy efficiency improvements depending on their current setup and energy needs.
Ashborn primarily operates as a home energy marketplace, lead generation, appointment setting, and referral service. Products and installations may be provided by independent participating service providers.
Ashborn Partners and participating third party service providers may contact you regarding the home energy products or services you requested, subject to the consent you provide when submitting your information.
Ashborn may share information you provide with participating third party providers that may be able to service your home. Additional details about how information is collected, used, and shared are available in our Privacy Policy.
