Over the course of his career, Giovanni has worked across sales, operations, call center leadership, digital marketing, and residential energy. He has helped build and coach sales teams, streamline appointment-setting processes, implement CRM platforms, and contribute to millions of dollars in residential project revenue.

At Ashborn Partners, he oversees growth strategy across lead generation, sales development, customer experience, performance reporting, and strategic partnerships. His approach is rooted in the belief that lasting growth comes from creating value for everyone involved, helping homeowners make informed decisions, setting team members up for success, and delivering qualified opportunities to business partners.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Giovanni moved to Utah as a child and proudly calls it home. Above all, he is a devoted father who values family, service, and community. In 2017, he was featured in local news after risking his own safety while attempting to rescue a woman from Parleys Creek, an act that reflects his belief that people should always look out for one another.
